This semi-detached property has a large garden space and was not being used to its full potential.

We removed the single garage that was very dominant in the garden and created this amazing space for their business and growing children to enjoy. It is now a place for them to enjoy their outdoor entertaining and space to relax all year round.

Planning and Building control was required for this dwelling, but absolutely worth the wait. We installed a small kitchenette space and a pitched vaulted roof, creating a spacious ‘barn’ effect. The memo was “to create space for their children to grow and enjoy with their friends for years to come and for the client themselves to have an office and home gym area”
